Dr. Sintho Wahyuning Ardie Shared Her Expertise to Colleagues and Students at the University of Santiago de Compostela through Erasmus+ Lecturers’ Mobility Program

As part of Erasmus+ projects, European Union encourages mobility for not merely students, but also staffs. IPB University sent four lecturers to University of Santiago de Compostela (USC, Spain) to teach and/or involve in discussion for academic/ research collaboration on May 9-13, 2022. Dr. Sintho Wahyuning Ardie, the member of Plant Biotechnology Division, shared her expertise about Biotechnology Approach in Plant Improvement as well as about Internationalization of IPB University, hosted by Prof. Ignacio Javier Diaz-Maroto Hidalgo (Department of Agroforestry Engineering). Agricultural productivity is seriously affected by various stresses and the utilization of biotechnology is expected to fasten plant breeding processes as well as to unravel novel tolerance mechanisms. This topic was presented by Dr. Sintho through lecture during her mobility period. Academic/ research collaboration was also intensively discussed during the mobility period.
